Asake will be the headline act at Madison Square Garden during his global tour.

On June 10, 2024, Asake announced his “Lungu Boy Tour 2024” on his social media platforms, alongside revealing the upcoming release of his third album.

The tour commences with a headline show at Afronation in Portmatio on July 29, 2024, followed by another headline performance at the Wireless Festival in London.

Throughout the tour, Asake will headline renowned arenas across the United States, including the Capital One Arena in Washington DC, State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Toyota Centre in Houston, and the prestigious Madison Square Garden in New York.

Additional tour stops include the YouTube Theatre in Los Angeles, Zenith Arena in Paris, Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, AFAS Live in Amsterdam, Palladium in Cologne, Sarena in Dublin, and Promiseland in Australia.

Asake’s inclusion as a headliner at these iconic venues underscores his stature as one of Nigeria’s foremost music artists. In 2023, he joined the ranks of Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy as one of the Nigerian artists to headline the O2 Arena, with Rema later joining this list. His forthcoming headline performance at Madison Square Garden will further solidify his status as the fourth Nigerian artist to achieve this feat, following Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido.
