Portable Clashes with Vector

Controversial street singer, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has launched a verbal attack on veteran rapper, Vector Tha Viper. This clash ignited after Vector’s snippet of an unreleased song went viral, where he name-dropped ‘Zazu’, saying, “Lion King no be Zazu.”

In a fiery Instagram live session, Portable declared, “God is my pioneer. So nobody should claim he paved the way for me. Vector the Viper, that song you subbed me in, don’t you know I am a king? I control the country and streets. Can you control what I control?”

He continued, “You dey wine? You blow reach me? Are you not a rapper? Isn’t it we singers who give you the chorus of your song? Instead of reaching out to me for a feature, you are mimicking me. You blow reach me?”

Portable’s defiance highlights his belief in his significance and self-made success in the music industry. He dismisses any notion of being overshadowed or indebted to others, asserting that his path was solely paved by divine influence. This confrontation between Portable and Vector underscores the ongoing rivalries and dynamic interactions within the Nigerian music scene.
