Cubana Chief Priest Denounces Instability at Flavour’s Father’s Burial

Nigerian socialite Pascal Okechukwu, famously known as Cubana Chief Priest, reportedly commented on highlife artist Flavour’s decision to conduct his father’s burial ceremonies in Enugu rather than their native Anambra state. Chief Priest, present at the event on Saturday, expressed deep concern over the persistent insecurity plaguing the southeastern region, sharing his thoughts through a heartfelt Instagram post.

In his emotional appeal, the star barman urged Southeasterners to unite against the escalating instability that threatens their communities. He emphasized the folly of resorting to self-destruction in response to marginalization, stressing the importance of preserving their homeland’s integrity.

Cubana Chief Priest unequivocally denounced actions that play into the hands of those intent on destabilizing the South East, calling for a return to peace and unity as essential for collective progress. His poignant message resonated with many, highlighting the need for concerted efforts to restore order and secure a prosperous future.

“This poignant funeral was meant for Umunze, Anambra State, yet circumstances led us to Enugu. It’s time for us to unite and address this unsettling trend; it’s no longer sustainable. We cannot undermine ourselves in the face of adversity,” he wrote passionately.

“We must reclaim our dignity by embracing our peaceful heritage. Only through unity can we effectively counter external disruptions and plan effectively for the future. Succumbing to division means conceding defeat to those bent on our disarray,” he added solemnly.

Cubana Chief Priest’s words underscored a call to action for Southeasterners to uphold their cultural pride and resilience amidst challenges, honoring the legacy of Flavour’s father with reverence and unity.
