Family Rejects Mohbad’s Toxicology Report
The family of late Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has expressed dissatisfaction with the inconclusive toxicology report released by a pathologist. According to recent reports, Mohbad’s family rejected the toxicology report.
The family’s legal representatives, Wahab Shittu and Taiwo Odumosu, held a virtual press conference to reject the report and call on the Lagos State government to conduct a new test, ensuring transparency in the process.
The family also appealed to Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, to investigate the cause of Mohbad’s death and bring those responsible to justice.
Additionally, the legal team questioned the integrity of the investigation and the toxicology test, which was reportedly conducted in the US but lacked concrete evidence. They pointed out that the report featured the letterhead and address of the National Medical Services Laboratories in Pennsylvania, raising concerns about the test’s authenticity.
The Aloba family and fans worldwide are seeking answers and demanding a thorough investigation into Mohbad’s untimely death.
